1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Pest Control Experts website or engaging our pest control services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Pest Control Experts provides professional pest control services across Gauteng Province, South Africa. Our services include inspection, treatment, and prevention of pest infestations for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work required upon inspection
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice
• Payment terms are due upon completion of service or as agreed in writing

4. Service Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Treatment warranties vary by service type:

• General pest control: 3-month retreatment guarantee
• Termite treatment: 5-year structural guarantee (soil poisoning)
• Rodent control: Ongoing management as per service agreement

Guarantees are subject to customers following recommended prevention measures and maintaining scheduled treatment programmes where applicable.

5. Customer Obligations

To ensure effective treatment, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about pest issues and property conditions
• Allow reasonable access to the property for inspection and treatment
• Follow pre-treatment preparation instructions provided by our technicians
• Report any adverse reactions or concerns promptly

6. Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment incur no charge
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a call-out fee
• No-shows without notice will be charged a call-out fee

7. Limitation of Liability

Pest Control Experts carries professional liability insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing structural damage, damage caused by pests prior to treatment, or indirect or consequential losses.

8. Health and Safety

All our treatments comply with South African health and safety regulations. We use registered pest control products and follow manufacturer guidelines. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available upon request for all products used.

9. Website Use

• We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date
• We reserve the right to modify or remove content without notice
• Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages

10. Governing Law
